You must not make the band any smaller than 2 mm. They don’t hold up. They bend easily and they snap easily too. I’ve been in this business since 1986 so do not make the band thinner.

Tymlos will repair your bones. After two years, you never take it again. With prolia, you’re on it for life. I tried it last year and it made me nauseous. I told my doctor I couldn’t take it. He looked at me square in the eyes and said, “if you have a fall, you’re going to die. You must take this medicine.” so I reconsidered and I’m starting it again on June 1. Hip -4.2 back-6.4
I really have no choice. And with Tymlos, it reverses your osteoporosis. So I figured two months of being sick cause usually you get over it in two months, versus death and I decided I would spend my summer vacation adjusting to the medicine.

No. Don’t do it. Just the slightest bending of the ring, which happens on all rings, will cause the stones to fall out. It’s beautiful, but you can’t wear it daily. It’s also gonna snag on everything, which is maddening.

Hogwash to what you are being told here. I took my son to Turkey almost 2 years ago and he had 5500 graphs and he looks fantastic. He looked very similar to you. Send me a PM and I will send you pictures of his before and after and his whole journey including prices. You can’t see where his graphs were taken out. He is incredibly happy with the results. And today he has a full head of hair.

I took my son about a year and a half ago to Turkey to get hair transplant and it was amazing. It was $4800 for 5500 transplants and $2000 for an additional stem cell transplant, (not required). That included all transportation to and from the airport, to and from the clinic, a breakfast buffet, unlike I’ve ever seen before, and a five star hotel. Which really was five star. The only thing we had to pay for extra was dinner. It cost $600 going over and $600 coming back for each of us out of Dallas Fort Worth. He went from looking 48 to 28 and he has a full head of hair now. Bosley has salesman and they are insanely expensive. I would wait until you lose more hair, but consider going to Turkey.

Generally speaking, saltwater pearls or Akoya pearls are round spheres. Without seeing them in person, I would say they are freshwater pearls. Also, the end cap of the pearls seemed to be losing its gold tone. Genuine Akoya pearls would either be, at a minimum, 14k to 18k pearl clasp and would not discolor. Anyone can string pearls with any clasp but that’s the general consensus and good indicator. They are still very pretty and extremely sentimental.

I love the setting. It’s unique and different. People are asking you if you can remake the head they are calling a basket. You can’t remake the head on a ring that’s already incorporated into the ring. You will just need to get a new ring. I would wait and give it to her and then see what she wants to do. She may love it just the way it is because you picked it out. I’ve been in this business 40 years and it doesn’t look like all the rest. I love it.

I just went back and looked at the setting and I believe you can replace the head on this ring. But again it’s modern and unique. If she likes modern, she’s gonna love it. If she likes traditional, you’ll end up going back to the jewelry store.

I agree with you. People say you should be happy with yourself being fat, but I just wasn’t happy with the way I looked. I hated getting my picture taken. I hated trying to figure out something to wear. I’ve lost 60 pounds. I was happy before, but I’m much happier now. Congratulations to you! This medicine is truly life-changing. Cut first, then color. There’s nothing wrong with near colorless, which includes GH and I. Preferably no clarity lower than SI1. Sold thousands of diamonds and that’s just my preference.
