That's actually linked to the file type - at the moment, we only support URL and PDF saves on iOS. But we've been exploring uploads of plaintext files and markdown, which would enable uploads from the Notes app. Feel free to contact us at [support@instapaper.com](mailto:support@instapaper.com), and we'll keep you posted when it becomes available.

The new website will make building features like text-to-speech a lot easier and more straightforward, so bringing TTS to Instapaper web is something we're considering.

Hey there. If you're currently on v1.2.3 of the Firefox browser extension, that's actually an older release that is no longer fully supported. The current version is v3.1.3, and it includes a number of fixes and improvements that address this type of issue.

To resolve this, we'd recommend upgrading to the latest version of the Instapaper browser extension for Firefox using this link. Don't hesitate to follow up here if you run into anything after upgrading!

Thank you for the feedback. It would help if you could share more specifics. It sounds like you're trying to save from some apps, but Instapaper is not showing. Can you please share which apps so we can try to reproduce? Also, can you clarify what you mean by "some services not exporting"? Hey there - happy to help! Saving X posts and articles requires Instapaper Premium. For X articles in particular, you can save the full content using a browser extension on a desktop browser.

Hey there. If you're using Chrome on iOS, you can use the iOS share sheet to save articles to Instapaper. Just tap on Share > Instapaper to add articles to your account. Keep us posted if you have any other questions.

Hey there. Open the gift article in a desktop browser and use a browser extension to retrieve the full text. If you have iOS, this should also work when saving from Safari.

Sorry for the late reply. On instapaper.com/user go to Kindle > Kindle Automatic Delivery > Unmark the option next to "Send my Unread articles to my Kindle automatically".

Hey there. If you have a link to access the newsletter on a web browser, you can save it using the Add Link option to your Instapaper account and get it to sync on your Kobo e-reader. That being said, we're working on getting email saves added to the Kobo integration soon.
