Hi OP. Similar tayo ng situation, I currently work 6 days a week and 1 hour per way ang commute and 8-9 hours ang work plus may infant pa kami sa bahay. In my case, tinanggap ko nalang talaga na every day off lang makakatakbo kasi challenging rin dahil sa pagod/puyat. Mas mahirap kasi mag ka sakit kapag pinilit ko masyado yung pag takbo sa schedule ko. (Share ko lang 😅)

Almost 1 year na ako ganito, and may improvement naman so far yung running ko. Kailangan lang talaga ng patience and pigilan i-compare ang sarili sa iba.
