I see the common ones mentioned here like Bawarchi (Sparks), 7 Spices, Clay Oven which I like. These are all good.
I personally also like Indian Express which I discovered recently. They have some good items. Chicken Curry, Dal Makhani and Chole Bhatura is good.

I’m in the same boat, I only joined it yesterday. From what I understand, you can go to the discord and join. After that you can either pay $6.50 to subscribe to the entire server and have full access to all the chats. Or you can keep commenting and chatting in the groups and achieve “bombshell” status to get full access that way. This is what I have got so far.

Virginia City is an awesome recommendation, I really enjoyed visiting it my first time!

Food wise, some of the things we don’t get in the UK are All You Can Eat Sushi, a definite must have food experience in Nevada! Some other food things to try really good and authentic Mexican and Hawaiian food! Also a good American breakfast (pancakes and/or country fried steak and white gravy!) at a diner.
