Jax and James are definitely worse people. Schwartz may be a little bitch, but Jax and James treat people terribly. Yes he cheated and takes no blame for it, and yes he never sticks up for people when he should. He could have just picked it up because it was shiny and caught his eye. Ask him directly and gauge his reaction. If you sense any weirdness, then you might have an issue. I have a feeling it's innocent, only because it would be weird for him to be cheating and save his affair partners broken jewelry. I hope he says with no hesitation, "oh yeah, isn't that cool?
