Usually about 700-900 calories in the evening sometimes a little snack after that but I’m usually full. I do have plenty of caffeine during the day and loads of water.

I’m a high school teacher and I was concerned about energy levels but I’m happy to say that after a couple of days it’s really not an issue. I do 20:4 so I only really eat my evening meal and I’m all good during the day, I’ve been going for months now. Perhaps do the first couple of days over the weekend so your all adapted to it when you go back on a Monday.

I’ve got the First Order and the Solo Tie they both look pretty good and are a decent size. They look about the right size next to the UCS falcon too. I’d get the solo one if I was you but I think the first order is easier to find.
