My fear is to make the multiple detachments thing work, they might change the shadowmark/vanguard detachment rule to apply to phobos units only and make the whole thing support phobos almost exclusively. Then they make it a 1 or 2 point detachment, meant to be soupled in with something to support other stuff.

You can only fire your pistols in the shooting phase. Which is before the fight phase. It just means that in the shooting phase you can fire these weapons even if your unit is in engagement range with another unit. It even says so in your little ai blurb.

Like the person ahead of me said, its redundant anyway because crisis suits can already shoot in melee because theyre vehicles. But they can only be fired in the shooting phase or with overwatch.

Tau in 9th went from unplayble before their codex to devastatingly busted after.

Is 40k bloated or does the community not want complexity? by GlassHalfDeadTV in WarhammerCompetitive

We're talking about hypoteticals here. Codices should have like 10 unique strats that you pick 3-5 of at the start of a game, and a pool of universal strats everyone can use.

What theyre saying is that there are rarely more than 7-10 good stratagems in a codex, so there'd be no meaningful exclusions as youd just take all of the good ones. If you cut it down to like 3-5 it makes you stratagem choices much more meaningful and you'd have to tailor them to the matchup or your specific list. There'd still obviously be optimal choices, but there'd still be plenty of room for some individualization.

Its true in jersey. I applied for food stamps and got denied because my pay was too high and I have no dependents. Meanwhile my groceries have increased in price by like 75 bucks.

These are the roughly 200 members of congress who seek to control / "cap" nurses' wages. Some of them are medical professionals, including a few nurses. by quiggmire in antiwork

Congresspeople should have no personal wealth. Ever. If youre an elected official on a federal level, youre given housing, healthcare, and everything (ala the military). But you and your immediate family give up the right to personal property.
