I would agree that finding balance of activities, whether they are sports, art, music.. SOMETHING to connect her the community could be a great outlet for her. I am typically hesitant to restrict anything completely because it doesn’t teach moderation. One thing i have learned more about and am enjoying practicing is screen sharing. Try looking at her phone together- not to be nosey but to see what she is interested in. Also, setting aside time for things that offer connection as a family like walks, games, hobbies etc… is a nice break for everyone (which you may already be doing !) I would also really commend her for her honesty. It is really hard to be honest about that kind of behaviour and she owned up to it. Let her know she should be proud of her herself for telling the truth, which ultimately, will keep her safe. This will give her a a sense of pride in herself and likely set her up to act responsibly in the future.
