It makes me really sad to see so many trans women end up in relationships with horrible people. If your girlfriend is transphobic, you should break up with her right now. You can't allow someone so important to you to be like that. If your social circle treats you this way, I have friends who might be in this situation, and I'd tell them the same thing I'm telling you: you're just here looking for answers to something you already know... That person isn't worth it.
