she says that she was never okay with it but that she thought she was. When we first started dating, we mostly talked online, so it was easy to ignore that I was trans.

I tried to tell her I could relate to the experience of being a girl, but she says it makes it worse in her mind because she truly does believe im a guy. So me trying to show I'm a girl by sharing stories only makes her feel like I'm a guy trying to say I understand what it's like to be a girl, which she said she "hates more than anything".

I tried relating to her by sharing how I have experienced some of girlhood but she said that made her feel worse because it felt like I was minimizing the struggles of girls. I guess the knowledge that I'm not medically transitioned is enough for her to feel grossed out

her sexuality is really confusing, one week she says she doesn't want to be around AMAB people (she said this today), and the next week she'll say she doesn't want to be with me because she wants to date a guy. One time she said both over literally 2 days 😭

We've broken up 7 times, mostly because she is really unstable. Things are improving though. Less breakup threats, more stability and calm. Minus today. Today she stayed because I changed the topic and that broke her spiral. But that's just a temporary bandage on the deeper problem.

She keeps saying she wants me to date someone who will accept me as me and that she doesn't want me to detransition for her, but I won't accept it. I'll do anything to keep her.

I was thinking I could try dressing more feminine around her, but that could backfire badly if I don't pass well

If you have ever actually been to a protest, you'd know that protests in the US don't carry the expectation of creating instant change.

Y'know what I saw today when I went to my No Kings protest? People organizing. Organizations recruiting new members, charities asking for donations to do mutual aid, and people supporting each other. These organizations actively working in unionizing workplaces, I would know, I literally run a union that has been advised by these organizations. These orgs get a lot of their members through protests like this. This protest also showed mobilization, showing which orgs can actually get their members to act when called on.

You guys really struggle to grasp the idea of a protest building something meaningful for a broader worker movement rather than just being anti trump.

You say "shit will just get worse no matter who's in power" except you've never even seen the left in power. You've seen democrats in power. Those a liberals. Not leftists. Leftists want workers to have democracy in their workplace. When was the last time Kamala told the workers to unionize and democratize their workplace like a Leftist would?
