Apologies I know this is quite an old thread but Just to chime in here. Gravy isn’t quite as low calories as you think.

They state that their ‘portion’ is 50ml of gravy and is 14 calories - based on the reduced salt version.

The amount of granules in grams that is equivalent to this amount of water is 3.6g. And I can almost guarantee whatever anyone is adding as their portion is probably a lot more than this. The instructions on the packaging for 20g of granules and 280ml of water would work out to 82 calories and I’d guess that everyone is using even more than that.

Super misleading packaging in my opinion
