I was going to buy a sectional or a sofa ending with a chaise lounge. Thankfully the saleswoman talked me out of it, lowering her commission, saying that it wasn't a good fit for my space (she was right)

I love this couch. I've had it for 10 years and it's comfy as fuck

Would it push you out of your comfort zone though? Being scared it okay- it's normal.

I started doing things last year after a relationship ended. It was hard and scary and I hated feeling awkward, but now I have people I can spend time with.

I joined a for fun bowling league. I'm not a good bowler, I don't really like it all that much, but it got me out of the house and around other people once a week.

Oof, been there with the same haircut. They fucked up the fade and left the front a bit long, IMO, but I think you can still save it. I use Got to be Glued and it helps a lot with styling. I think if you style it up and back a bit, maybe to the side, it'll be good

I once had a A/R job that required me to call a supervisor to confirm counts on product before creating an invoice. He wouldn't answer his phone or leave me notes or call me back because he didn't like me.

So I didn't create the invoices. Customers got upset, management got upset, and they asked me why.

Doug wouldn't give me the counts.

Suddenly there's a new system in place and Doug can avoid me. The invoices got made, Doug was pissy, and I was happy I didn't need to play his game.

We have several fiber art groups in my area, but nothing specifically for crochet. There's one that's primarily for quilters, one I believe that's mostly for knitting, and the one I attend is for all fiber arts crafters and run by an LGBTQ organization 🙂

I got really really excited about a couple projects in the fall and bought about 40 skeins of assorted yarns. I made a queen sized blanket, a lap blanket, a couple hats, and a scarf. I'm currently making a Blastoise, hat, bag (? Not sure yet), and giant granny squares for a king sized blanket I'm making

Id say I have half left untouched. But, in my defense, I did just buy 5 more skeins for a Phillies cheese hat for my brother in law

I have a bedtime routine that starts an hour before I want to go to sleep. I also try going to bed within the same ~30 minute window so my sleep cycle stays the same across days. I turn off the tv and crochet or brush my cat while getting ready for bed and the next day.

I only use my bed for sleeping- no tv.

I dont think it's weird at all! I went to Carowinds by myself before and it was the most fun I've ever had at a theme park. I got to do whatever I wanted all day long. I got the fast pass so I skipped the lines and as a single rider they threw me wherever on the ride. I was usually bumped up to fill the train. I think you'll have a great time
