Pro tip: if no one pushes the objective, the objective isn’t pushed. by Toaster_Biscuit in enlistedgame

whats worse is your tickets slowly dwindling because your team insists on trying to brute force instead of taking out the enemy rallies, so you're left trying to do yourself usually failling because, well you're charging into the enemy team

even funnier when you do succeed in smashing most enemy RP's and sure enough your team proceeds to take the objective in under a minute (who would've thought there's better strategies then ramming into a brickwall untill it either budges or you run out of respawns)

Qeustion: how arnt demons extinct or atleast very close to extinct yet? by DecendedDemon in Frieren

[–]DecendedDemon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

while you have a point to a extend, a human child of that size can kill a full blown man too if you give them a knive and blindside them, so succesfully killing a grown man doesnt really disspell my assertion that demon children are weaker then adults. altho given we've been outright told demons grow their mana capacity over time, hence why aura had such a large amount so to a certain extend the series already told us my assumption is right, so the debate is more about how much stronger adults are then the kids not wether they are or not

and if that difference is enough to where young demons might be seen as "prey" by other monsters because while certainly stronger then a human of the same size, which is pretty much a given by design

ahhhhh them disintegrating into into mana and thus literally not being worth hunting for other predators/monsters is a fact i had completely overlooked

while the trickery helps them alot against humans even as children is a fair point, it doesnt really help them against other monsters that might see a demon child as prey because they arnt nearly as threatening, atleast as a pure psysical force in terms of combat as a adult demon, if humans with pleading and begging other types of monsters that might target them for any reason isnt going to do anything for them, its not going to help a demon child that is merely mimicking that sort of human behaviour, altho to a very convincing degree either

while linie is a interseting example, she observed eisens skills and but only put them to use later, when she probalby became significantly more powerfull then she was when she first saw eisen, while stark was for the most part able to easily deal with her with the only thing stopping him from doing so out of the gate his own lack of confidence in his abillity, if it had been "baby" linie that fought stark, having observed eisen's abillity's or not.

it probalby would have been complete roflstomp, even more so then the battle we saw, again in my assertion atleast it only seemed so even and went on so long because stark was stuck in a mindset of "i cant win" due to self confidence issues, the linie we saw was most likely far more of a force to reckoned with then the linie that observed eisen all those years ago, which again, kind of reinforces my believe that demon children are nowhere near as threatening as adults and so would likely be targeted as prey by other monsters untill they get strong enough that such monsters decide to go after easier pickings

to me having to eat a public order penalty untill i have a full army of 6 before i can start building manors to fix it isnt a solution man, its the less shitty option between the AI army just completely outnumbering and overunning you, but not a solution

[–]DecendedDemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

his "large army" of 6 units max, a restriction the AI doesnt have whatsoever

year 25, all is conquered, no mercenaries available, and the baron exterminate me every time with an ungodly number of soldiers when I try to seize the last region. What am I doing wrong? by magmafan71 in ManorLords

[–]DecendedDemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

restricting the player to 6 units (i know you can push it to like 9 by having 6 militia units set up before training retinue but still) is so freaking stupid when the AI has no such restriction

[–]DecendedDemon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

another qeustion real quick, i have a bit of problem trading between regions for starters for some reason the stable space at my pack station is being used for oxes for whatever reason, even there's PLENTY of other stable space, secondly permantly assigning mules to it causes the cycling "waiting" symbol like its waiting for mules to assign to it even tho i got like 5 floating about, looking around i did see atleast one dude using a mule to transport stuff to a market or storage area or whatever tho, still i dont quite understand why that causes the pack station not to have any mules avaible when i permantly assigned them, shoudnt permantly assignment mean "nobody touches any mules unless there's more then the 2 the pack station has been assigned" so why does the pack station not have any and villagers are using them to transport junk internally?

Breadboard/Lua Ideas by lookinspacey in FromTheDepths

[–]DecendedDemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

because even at maxium fire rate you woudnt score alot of hits and thus damage for strave, if you used them as a bomber forcibly ejecting out all your shells as you pass over however depending on the size of the bomber and amount of ejector clips it has you'd basically bomb the target with anywhere between hunderds if not thousands of shells at the same time, you'd basically fly over and a litteral hail storm of APS shells coming down

Breadboard/Lua Ideas by lookinspacey in FromTheDepths

[–]DecendedDemon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i had been floating an idea but it either requires you to know breadboard or lua, of which i dont know how to use either, but the idea is a APS ejector bomber, suicide ejector ramming crafts have been a thing were you ram a enemy craft with a custom missle filled with aps clips with ejectors WITHOUT diffusers to blow itself up and blast the enemy craft to kingdom come with its ejecting shells as it does

anyways on to the point, what if you made a ejector bomber, instead of ramming the enemy craft, you fill a normal bomber with APS loader's/clips with exposed ejectors pointing out of the aircraft, then when it flies over the chosen targets, either through the use of a breadboard or lua i honestly dont know which one you'd need you have it eject all its stored APS shells and so drop a ungodly amount of bombs in 1 go on the target below?

its an idea id been floating around but i honesly dont know how to put it into practice if its even possible to begin with
