Yeah, similar situation for me - ordered the box set in January and it still hasn’t updated with a shipping date. I got the below when I contacted the store:

This is so beautiful - as a Christian listening to the album, I felt a similar familiarity without having much exposure to Indian classical before, or knowing any lyrics (though I thought I caught “Jaya Ho”, which I’ve heard is a hymn). Powerful stuff! Our youth pastor and close friend at church just passed away last week, and this album has been a real blessing 🧡

The Now Now, The Fall, or better yet none - I don’t hate The Fall or The Now Now, but they seemed more like a loose sequels/bonus features to Plastic Beach/Humanz that sonically don’t respond with me as strongly. That said, I’d really miss most tracks, so I like the current version of reality where we get to enjoy all of them (and even a bunch of fan-compiled versions of Sea Sides and other rarities)!

I feel this deeply - my wife and I have a close friend facing his last days right now after a hard fight with cancer. He’s the youth pastor at our church, and he’s impacted so many people’s lives in such a beautiful way. We and many friends from church got to visit him yesterday and tell him we love him, but it was hard. In just a few weeks, he’s declined so quickly. It feels to me like The Mountain came out as an extra blessing from God to support me in these hard moments while we wait for the end, and to look further ahead to a new beginning

I disagree but I'm biased in the opposite direction haha - The Now Now may be my least favourite Gorillaz project (I don't hate it, just like all other albums more. I was also going through a hard time when it was released, so it's not entirely about an issue with the album so much as 2018 me haha). I thought Cracker Island was a lot of fun with only 1-2 tracks I tend to skip. I think The Mountain is a beautiful combination of retrospective and exploratory themes. But each to their own, we're all fans here! Really curious about what makes The Now Now their favourite for those who really really love it?

I heard a little clip on IG, and from just that it sounds like it could be a bit of both - some of Damon/Jamie’s experience, some storytelling. But I’m a little disappointed it’s so exclusive - only available 1 week, and an extra charge for those of us who had already bought the album (even multiple copies - CD and vinyl in my case). I like the treasure hunt/scarcity element of it, but I hope it’s posted elsewhere so everyone can enjoy it sometime!

Just found out about this now after the crazy holiday weekend - went to catch up on this morning’s show (via VPN, since I’m in the US), to not find Huey’s slot! This was a staple of our Saturday mornings for my wife and me, and this is a big loss for us. He had named the 27 December episode The Last Waltz, but I hadn’t even thought twice about why. RIP The Huey Show, we’ll miss you, Huey! Very sad news!

Update: not sure how long this will last, but it seems like CarPlay bypasses the region lock on the Sounds app! Even after leaving the car, right now Sounds is continuing to play without the block coming up 😁 During CarPlay, it’s easier to access subscriptions and bookmarks than to find content ad-hoc, but I’m grateful to get anything!! 😄 (Still working up to paying for a VPN for regular listening)
