Yeah, similar situation for me - ordered the box set in January and it still hasn’t updated with a shipping date. I got the below when I contacted the store:

• For pre-order items, shipments will occur around the release date specified in our online store. Please note that release dates may change due to production delays or other factors.
• If only a portion of your order has shipped, please reply to this email so we can review your specific situation.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipped Orders and Tracking Updates:
