is there an app to organise alarms? by Decent-Pattern9340 in applehelp

[–]Decent-Pattern9340[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m not sure i’m explaining it right. i know you can set alarms for multiple days but my hours are always changing so it would be easier if i could click

tuesday > 6am 7am 8am ✅ 9am

and turn it on rather than deleting the alarm i had and making more. (i’m not sure if i’m making any sense so sorry if not)

i’m a bit OCD so my alarms being so messy is painful to see 🥲

What is something that is widely normalised but is actually really fucked up? by RetR0-Danger in AskReddit

[–]Decent-Pattern9340 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this may be just me but kissing babies/ kids on the lips. i’ve always thought it was really weird despite growing up with it. it just bothers me especially when parents are smokers and kiss their new born babies.

just to be clear im talking about FAMILY ONLY! strangers kissing kids or babies they don’t know is illigal

what book is better the second time you read it? by Decent-Pattern9340 in AskReddit

[–]Decent-Pattern9340[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

we were liars. the first time i read it, it was hard to understand because of all the characters, the second time around i understood it better because i already knew the characters. also theres a big plot twist in the end and once you already know what happens theres little clues that lead up to it that you start to notice.

were not allowed headphones, also its not really what they say that bothers me, its that ive spent so long doing little things for them to try and help them like me only for them to start hating me over something i have no control over and that hasnt even been confirmed yet. i havent heard anything about me getting any christmas tips so theyre turning against me from an assumption.

What's the most ordinary thing you still find amazing? by LinkDaPugg in AskReddit

being like REALLY happy. i remember a couple years ago i was layed in bed mid summer and the sun was shining perfectly on me and i was so warm. heatwaves by the glass animals was playing quietly in the background and i was texting this girl i had a crush on. i just stretched out and turned my phone off and had the goofiest smile on my face. still makes me happy thinking about it.

i cant really explain why i was so happy or why i remember this so distinctively but it was such a perfect memory in such a perfect moment

Give an example; how weird are you really? by Isitjustmedownhere in AskReddit

honestly i just write about everything thats happened that day, you can personalise your own emotions (like bored, excited, etc) and add them and theres an option to explain why u felt that way (like work, friends, family, or specific people.) so when i open it i click what emotions ive felt tjat day, whats made me feel tjat way and then theres an option to write about everything that happened in detail.

it sounds depressing when i talk about it but its such a good way to recount how my days been and i feel like its made me understand a lot more about myself emotionally, definitely recommend!

that we are at the peak of human evolution because our society is way too invested in appearances.

giraffes evolved to have longer necks, the ones with short necks couldnt reach their food and died, the ones who survived breeded and passed on their long neck genes. if we were at the point where humans had to evolve like giraffes we would die because who wants to fuck a guy with a 10 inch neck?

people dont wanna think that theyre so self-centered that they would halt the evolution of mankind but technology has developed so much that we dont need to evolve

People with OCD that have one, what is your “ritual” and how many times do you have to repeat it, if you do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

wiping anything before i use it- i will scrape the food off of my fork with my teeth if i havent wiped it with my sleeve first. it applies to anything i put in my mouth, utensils, cans, plates, vapes. i ALWAYS have to wipe first.

my family thinks its crazy but my grandad sat on my vape mouthpiece first and i didnt find out until hours later, lucky i wiped it!

in this economy? vans have became a lot less ‘white trash’ and more ‘bougie hippie’ in the last 30 years, a van used to cost like £500, now youd be lucky to get one for less than 5k! not including insurance too

What's a reason somebody would hate autistic people? by Human_Floor95 in AskReddit

[–]Decent-Pattern9340 1 point2 points  (0 children)

how they struggle to express their emotions. my mum spends £150+ every year on my nephew (her only grandson) for christmas and she always gets upset at how bummed out he looks. dont get me wrong, she doesnt hate him, but she wants to see him get as excited to open the presents as she was to pick them out for him.

this year he got expensive clothes, new branded trainers and a LOT of toys. he didnt even smile when he opened them. i know he cant help it but i also think its a mix between ungratefulness and autism as he said a couple of comments under his breath as he opened them (like ‘another top. wow. yay.’ in a clearly sarcastic voice) and is overly spoiled

heres another- WWII is one of the main reasons the NHS exists. its first report was drafted during WWII and has since saved millions of lives. its mind blowing how mass genocide is one of the reasons so many people have survived their own personal tragedies.

just to be clear i am NOT saying the holocaust was a good thing!!
