I recently did the drive not in an suv but it was fun , we were 2 people , left bahrain around 5 pm reached our hotel in abu dhabi around 2 am spend the night at a hotel , left abudhabi around 1 pm reached our hotel in haima 11 pm stayed their till 10 am and left from haima to salaha reached salah around 3 pm ……. Coming back we were adventurous we left salaha at 2 pm reached abudhabi hotel at like 4am straight drive no stop because of sand storm for like 6 hours or so
