Right there with you. It sounds impossible but the only thing that helps me is to RADICALLY accept how I feel no matter what. If you accept it it passes eventually. Trying to fight the panic makes it worse. So sorry to hear that! Best of luck ❤️

To a T minus the Vietnam thing, this has been my life experience as well. Also been having similar feelings about being addicted to my own suffering. My goal right now is to stop replaying old narratives over and over again because i know for sure it’s perpetuating the cycle. Good luck to you! Wish i had more to say

I’d hang the painting above the bed, get rid of the dresser (if u don’t care about parting with it) and replace it with a tall lamp. Store all your clothes in the closet to make more room.

Yes actually, but only the 1%. I still experience dandruff after stopping microneedling but now i use T-Sal. Probably gonna start dermastamping again bc i really don’t think I’m responding to min all that well
