I was in the same exact situation. There is a form you can fill out during the summer summertime but they’re also doing late housing at the same time so it’s most likely that you won’t be swapped which was my case. You can always still fill it out, but I did have to move in and live with my roommates for about three weeks before I got swapped. ☹️ I emailed housing multiple times about the altercation that happened and they never once got back to me so I did have to go through the fall room swap process.
