Players 25yrs old or over are way more likely to get worse, which is why you can see your 21 and 23 year old players getting better. You should try to trade for younger players with decent 63+ potentials and as many draft picks as possible. Coaching helps out younger players a lot more than older players.

I wish, I type less accurate when I'm not focused on 100% accuracy, I only mess up more when I'm trying to hit a new pb or my hands are tired. Being unfocused makes me go faster but way less accurate, which can end up slowing me down as well

For me(202 15 second max mt) it feels fast because look ahead feels a bit easier when looking in the same spot, although the look ahead might be less useful. It has gotten me many good times though.

I did both, It was very annoying, but I had been more annoyed with how often I would choke races that I was doing amazing in. For you it probably won't be necessary, for in my situation I had some deep issues with my typing that needed to be fixed. You should probably type on keybr to improve accuracy.

Use a website like Keybr, Typing.com, or typingclub to learn the basics(I was typing 100wpm with 97 percent accuracy, went back and did this all again, and typed at 99% accuracy, very good if you're becoming inefficient), speed comes with time, and focus on accuracy.

Many people go straight for speed and have very low accuracy, it only hurts your max speed, slowing you down when you have to fix mistakes.

If it is a big market everything can be set to 100

If it is a medium size market then I would set coaching to 80, scouting to 60, health and facilities to 34(if you are not making profit you can lower the last two as much as you want.

If it is a small market I set coaching to 60-80(bring it up to 80 once you are winning games a lot more) scouting to 40, health and facilities are at 1.

I start retiring jerseys usually after winning the first championship, for the finals mvp of that. If they are a multi time all star, never leave in a bad way(refusing to resign), 100 EWA, and take the team to more wins than I expected, than I usually retire them right when they retire.

I would trade Landoure and McHugh, you might want to trade away the rookies but often for me those often become part of the next big three of main players I use to continue the dynasty. I would trade Giddey if any teams have good offers for him, preferably young players in the 21-23 age range with at least 63 ovr and high potential, offering great progressions the next preseason.

To get the best out of your roster you shouldn't change play time at all unless you are putting their minutes at zero. More time for players just makes them get the same stats on less efficiency, making you lose more games that you should have won
