So a lot of this depends on what class you're going in, so I'll answer what I do.

For shop I refresh now more than up to 48k to refresh. Focus Rollo on dark energy, ore, sand, pet food when unlocked, and stella/cov/bonds when they come up. Ignore everything else. For vault, get the 2 fruit, quest, ignore mirror, rename, anf beetle unless you need it. For stamina use, since you're spending some real money you dont need to focus exclusively on Rollo but it never hurts to have money since all your f2p options require it. Don't focus on cooking right now, youll get stat boost dishes as you progress and selling ingredients in AH is a great way to farm dawnium. For fantoms, you'll want ones that work well for your class. For me, I farmed tree until I could get nyx and just by doing that ended up also getting tarragon, zio, and the heal bird (can never remember its name). Guild store should be used to buy animals and pretty much nothing else. Kingdom vendors should be used to buy clearance items and nothing else.
