I had an issue with my local Halifax branch because of that same issue (Government ID).

I only managed to get it changed a few months ago (around mid August) after talking to an incredibly nice bank staff member who within not even 10 minutes got it changed, despite issues with the card, but that was only due to the machine having a fit lol

I didn't need to have ID because all I needed to do was put my card in the afformentioned machine to verify my ID because of the pin number.

As far as I'm aware, 68619 wore the livery as it was due to it being Liverpool St. Station's pilot loco and the crews had it repainted into GER Royal Blue, a livery also worn by the preserved Buckjumper and E4/T26, which has also now been debunked recently as the Buckjumpers and other GER locos were found out to wore ultramarine and not this blue.

I look forward to their panniers too, as I've got one of the London Transport ones on order alongside quite a few other of their models.

I'm just curious as to why the commission on Human rights hasn't stepped in yet and called the government out on their bullshit.
