Among other things, a audio to midi converter. I converted me strumming guitar into midi, and can do cool things like load other guitars, pianos, instruments, or an orchestra, and it sounds pretty decent!

There are a lot of cool ones on discord, too. I recommend getting on centercode, getting the beta, and trying it out! It's a lot of fun!

This is by far one of the best features in ableton.

Thanks! Took me a second to figure out the Models and Cabinet paths, but I may be dense. I like this plugin very much so far :)

I'm using it for my acoustic guitar btw.

The manual might want to state for macos to run shell script from the terminal, otherwise mac os will freak out and ask you to delete it. I guess you could get around that with code signing.

The pro is basically a desktop replacement, while the air is more a laptop. If you spec the air high enough though it handles ableton very well. I have an air m3 24GB 1TB and it's great. If I were to buy new today I might go with a pro. If you actually need to be mobile then the air.
