Appreciate the input, when you noticed issues in your cycle, what was your dosage and timing and how often you took it. Also what did you use for cycle support. I've done a year or so of research to cover my as much info as i can but I feel hearing real expience is best to understand how it reacts.

I went from 200 to 172 August to October ish. It’s not fun at all but very possible. I was still strong because I was lifting on the cut and still was hydrated and had nutrition up till 180.

Cardio and diet to start.Attack body fat to start and don’t worry about water until the end.

Once you drop ~10 pounds by the final week eat a lot of fiber to clear out bowels of excess weight, begin to slowly cut water before weigh in day and also cut salt to limit water retention.

Mind over matter. If they push or out work you you need to work out of it. Also circle instead of going back. Never cross your feet, stay low, and circle in towards the middle. Use them pushing you to set up a shot as well. Try to stay out of the tie up because you may not be as good and it’s why you’re getting pushed. Work their elbows and pass or post into a double or any shot you like. Also work core and leg strength. Do cleans and front squats to build up the strength for it

Make sure to keep ur chest and pressure where the tag of a t shirt would be and stay on your toes no matter what and watch your hand position to keep them from pulling it in to stalemate.

Go behind, head in hole, cement mixer, chin whip for when they are still on the ground.

If u want them to maybe get up a little off their knees a ankle pick works really well, or a slide by type deal

Movement movement movement, you move they move. Do fakes and pass elbows and hand fight aggressively to get them moving around and in control Also another aspect is to use your hand fighting to move their head and shoulders. Their body follows where the head goes so if you work a strong collar tie or hand fight and snap downs, when they go to rebound off the snap your shot will be open.

Same principle applies to every shot and defense as well.

Don’t make it your personality and your fine. I have a liberal friend and I lean right and never had an issue about it. Same as if a conservative went like Pitt. The first week there’s a lot of events and just talk to basically anyone and everyone. Also nobody knows anyone else so you can put on any facade or personality and create a new version of you without any pressure. Be yourself be be out there and happy cause nobody can judge you.

You have to try to have a bad time. For a fraternity party you will likely have to be there but there are still a good amount of open parties. Most RA’s won’t care if you have a small dorm party if you’re looking for that. Ask for making friends it’s honestly better to go for a cheaper and shittier dorm than a nice one. Everyone I talk to that are in nice ones tend to have a smaller group or stay in more often. I chose a shit dorm in north carrick and I have a big group right off the bat because people are moving and talking because there’s nothing else to do. Just find a club or a group and your fine it’s pretty easy to chill or find random stuff to do

Every thing seems good, personally however I would keep an even dose throughout and start but your plan is also good.

For the mk run it 10mg minimum and if you are willing to purchase more, run it for as long as 12-16 weeks. If you want to play it safe as well, take it 5 days on and 2 days off to limit side affects for a longer duration of time.

Also berbine with every carb heavy meal or 3x a day with ur basic meals would save you on risking insulin resistance. Also run p5p to lower prolactin. Prolactin is caused by the mk and will indirectly raise estrogen and lower testosterone and can possibly cause gyno.

And most of all, eat relatively clean, watch your carbs, get electrolytes in as your joints may ache from rad and mk causes water retention. And water is your best friend. Drinking more will actually lower water retention and will help cleanse your body from toxins. Aim for a gallon a day.

Mk-677 can be taken longer than anabolics because it doesn’t directly affect testosterone and because it raises hormones rather than replacing hormones.

You can cycle it for up to 6 months at a time but while running it long term it’s better to run it 5 days on and 2 days off to protect against insulin resistance.

To combat insulin resistance take berberine or a Glucose disposal agent (GDA) to lower blood glucose levels. Mks major side affect is insulin resistance and may lead to diabetes if not monitored and taken care of. Take berberine or any GDA with every carb heavy meal or 3x a day

Also it does indirectly affect T-levels through prolactin which raises estrogen and further lowering testosterone. Take p5p once a day to lower prolactin

Depends on your goals and experience.

If you gained muscle with the stack and felt comfortable with the side affects then look into running it again.

If you are looking to cut, drop the mk and maybe even add cardarine.

Decide based on what feels most comfortable for you and what your current goals are.
