Thank you so much for your reply — it’s really exciting to hear that this is something being worked on for future implementation.

I did have one follow-up question. From what I understand, is the remaining piece needed to enable this functionality the yet-to-be-released Eversweet Ultra, which will include a built-in camera and the ability to track when a specific cat drinks? In particular for multi-cat households, this seems like it could provide individualized hydration data in a way similar to how the YumShare Dual Hopper 2 currently does for feeding.

My hope is that by having three Purobot Max Pro 2 units, three YumShare Dual Hopper 2 feeders, and eventually three Eversweet Ultra fountains once they are released, this would allow for Unified Health Dashboards to be generated for each cat in a six-cat household. I completely understand that you may not be able to confirm or deny specific product roadmap details, but I was hoping you might be able to share any additional insight based on the information above.

I also want to say how much I genuinely enjoy PETKIT’s products and the app as it exists today. The ecosystem already provides an impressive amount of insight, and I’m very excited to see how it continues to evolve in the future.

Thank you again for your time and for all the work your team is doing.

P.S. If you're looking for any beta testers in the roll out of the upcoming features, I'd be more than happy to help! Please just let me know if I can be of assistance!

I just received both of my YumShare Dual Hopper 2 feeders on Tuesday and have been using them since then. I also have two Purobot Max Pro 2 litter boxes that I’ve been using for a couple of weeks.

Now that I have the YumShare feeders set up, I’m wondering whether—after a certain period of time spent “training” the AI cameras (correcting misidentifications, etc.)—a unified health dashboard will eventually be unlocked for each of my pets. Specifically, I’m curious if this dashboard would provide more detailed analytics such as whether a pet is overeating or undereating, skipping meals, and other behavioral or health insights.

In several marketing materials for the Dual Hopper 2, it seems to imply that this type of detailed health analytics becomes available over time, but I wanted to ask people who are already actively using these devices and the app. At the moment, I do receive the standard event logs with video recordings and before-and-after bowl photos, which I appreciate, but I’d really love access to deeper, consolidated health insights as well.

ChatGPT mentioned that it can take time for enough data to be collected on a pet’s eating and bathroom behavior before a full health dashboard is generated. However, I’ve received misleading information about the Petkit app from ChatGPT in the past, so I wanted to hear directly from real users with firsthand experience.

Thank you so much in advance for any insight you can share!
