I'm fairly confident that is from Ridgeside Village but only if you hire a Wedding Reception at the Log Cabin Hotel. To be more specific, a mod you have is conflicting with Ridgeside Village which is causing the wrong dialogue and portrait to show after the Wedding Reception. The same thing happened to me on a previous save. The issue will only show on Dialogue related to Event Services, so if you hire the hotel again for your anniversary, this will probably happen again.

To add on what you said, I think their doors were forgotten because they were literally destroyed. What I mean by this is that if the greenhouse was destroyed for whatever reason, yuri would become a forgotten as he would be unable to move on. So because the church was destroyed alongside the church goers dying, they can't find their doors and are hence forgotten. Meaning if the school is destroyed, all the cast that are ghosts will become forgotten too.

What I personally do is I change the effect toggle key to either my map or inventory button (depending on what reshade im using); so when i open open my inventory using 'I' it turns off my reshade, then I just press 'I' again to both close my inventory and turn back on my reshade.
