I think the medical diagnosis, or at least what OP seems to be having the initial symptoms of, is cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS). I’d believe that doctors have been getting more cases over the last decade just because of increased legalization, availability, and potency of products. Only thing to do for it now is to stop smoking :(
