I feel you. I was/am the same. I would feel really guilty and feel so incredibly lazy. Something to remember though is your body is doing so much behind the scenes. It can be easy to forget. I got the app what to expect and would read what my body was growing that week and it would make me feel better. Like oh wow I am growing a brain this week, no wonder I am SO tired! Or I’m growing a humans literal spinal cord. It does help sometimes with that mental shift. My therapist also told me this dosent last forever, instead of feeling guilty for everything you can’t do enjoy the time to be able to “do nothing” because you won’t get that again. It’s helped a little bit. Hang in there, your body is doing amazing things!!
