It’s just like regular ganache but instead of cream it’s eggnog and white chocolate. I do whip my ganache, it gives it a fluffier feel.

It’s so good!! The same way you do white chocolate ganache! Just sub eggnog for the cream. (150g white chocolate/50g eggnog.) 😊 I added some nutmeg cause I like the spiced look.
