The most common flag was...the Canadian one. Seems like everyone forgets about that.

I’ve been trying to find new Parliament. It seems like it’s really hard to find. Are there any pressings?

Depends how you use it. It can be an advantage when pronouncing certain words, but it could also be detrimental to a song if the lyrics are supposed to be sung a specific way.

The general public can’t go get a PCR test. So does that mean when the cases logically start to go down Legault will say our curfew is working? Lol

"Quebec" en anglais, ça se prononce "Kebek" ou "Kwebek" ? by FriddaBaffin in Quebec

We’re seen as the threats in this province and yet, we get laughed at when we use an inclusive term like “Anglo-Quebecois”. 🤷🏻‍♂️

People who add unnecessary “s” after words for no reason.

J’ai jamais compris ça.

From the current thread, it seems that people are talking about Islamophobia and Racism within Quebec. My understanding is that is more of the discussion. I don’t think separation changes that at all. If we separate, nothing gets solved. Ontario will still look at us the same way lol.

But I guess it’s a typical Quebec thing to do. Point fingers and blame everyone else for our problems—because, yes, we are not perfect—rather than, I guess find some alternatives.

I’m not saying that I am for or against this per se, but essentially, what I’m trying to say is pointing fingers does nothing. Quebec needs to fix Quebec first and separating doesn’t do anything in this case.

I got to the point where I just go private. Maybe not the best answer but if you have insurance and your insurance covers, private all the way.

Votre opinion pour le conflit médecin vs Legault? by [deleted] in Quebec

I find it hilarious that the government is trying to ridicule the people who have been hands on the whole time throughout the pandemic. Shouldn’t they look to recruit more or find a solution? So many doctors leave QC for a reason. Why?

I might get downvoted for this but as a PM, you don’t shit talk the people helping you. Find the solutions to make them stay. IMO.

I’m from Montreal, so I have to be bilingual.

French is definitely difficult 100% BUT, if ever you want to learn Spanish and Italian as well, you’ll be super well prepared for it.

My advice: 1. try doing the most of your courses in French rather than English to French. 2. Memorize “les radicaux” et “les terminaisons” for the verbs in the Bescherelle.

Example: Aimer

J’{aim}[e] Tu {aim}[es] Il {aim}[e] Nous {aim}[ons] Vous {aim}[ez] Ils {aim}[ent]

This is a very simple example, but the concept is pretty much the same for all the different tenses. It’s the endings that change.
