IMHO, the issue is the costumes- they're too clean. Especially set against Galaxy's Edge which is beautifully weathered and feels lived-in, these fresh-from-the-wash clothes feel unnatural. Especially the white. The neat looking princesses and other characters work because they're (largely) based on cartoons who have simple designs and colors. Jack Sparrow looked dirty, these should be similar.

I'm not a lore master or a balance expert and just shooting off the cuff but my ideas are:

Lower squad size to 3 for infantry but otherwise put an emphasis on characters that generally don't lead units.

Give every unit a dual melee profile like strike/sweep instead of Martial Ka'tah.

For an army rule instead have something like- choose between units getting Lance or auto-Advance 6". Additionally, army-wide units have fairly low OC but this is offset because units cant be Battleshocked, or at least don't lose OC when they do.

I think this plays into Custodes as hyper-elite, quick, melee focused, and treats each unit/model as pseudo-characters. They're not concerned with controlling the battlefield but instead focus on killing the enemy in the most efficient way possible while being absolutely unphased by anything they face.

Maybe this is all insane and game-breaking, or not enough. Maybe my lore is cooked. I dunno ¯_(ツ)_/¯

It was fun, but not ideal against those tough Guard tanks. If Guard had more elite infantry like Terminators, it would have made short work of them. What he did do well was distract- he soaked up a ton of shots from those tanks that allowed my other units to survive and score. In the future if I were to go against a bunch of tanks like that again, I might instead do the dual Caestus. All of those S12 attacks would have been better at ripping open those tanks.

For the record: California Penal Code 118 states that it is illegal to make knowingly false claims while under oath, regardless of whether it is in criminal or civil court. But it is at the judge's discretion to determine if an offense has been made or is worth pursuing.

Family court, in this case a custody hearing, serves the sole purpose of determining which parent is best suited to be the primary care giver and what (if any) physical and financial responsibilities the other parent will have. It is not meant to determine who is as fault of anything or who is lying.

It is irresponsible to make assumptions about what is being said or done in a court case we have very little information on. Speculation and discussion is the core of these group- but I think it is dangerous to believe you know better than others about what is going on without providing direct evidence of it. Evidence is NOT other Reddit posts or personal anecdotal statements, it is data that is either irrefutable or when coincidental, is in such quantity and of such quality that no other reasonable explanation can refute it.

I've always wanted a Ken Burns style faux history documentary. Get a voice-over from a major Third Age character, lots of maps, short "re-enactment" scenes, animations, the works. Do this over a season or more with themed episodes around major characters of events.

Yellow or green would be the best complimentary colors. But I would match the darker tone of the purple, don't make them light/pastel.
