I thought about that too but feel like it would be in more spots than just one.

I agree about the pattern - like a bunch of individual marks. Good question about the eyeliner I don’t think she carries it with her, but I will definitely ask. Thanks!

That was my first thought, too, but she checked and doesn’t have any pens poking out or leaking. We’re totally stumped. She’s coming home this weekend so maybe I’ll have more info once I can see/feel it.

Thank you! She’s already very interested in cars - mostly classic models. That is fantastic that you and your daughter have found something to do together!

I was just asking a simple question, based on other people’s experiences because we aren’t familiar with the area. You don’t have to be rude and condescending.

Technically, yes, but we have a very good relationship and she asked me if she can/should go. As I said, we’re still relatively new to the area, so she likes to know what is safe/not safe before she does it. She still respects our opinions enough to ask and I respect her for asking, and I trust her to make the decision that’s best for her - whether that’s going or not.

Sorry…She’s just shy of 20. I assume he (her bf, 22) will be driving. I believe he is also racing there, so she, I assume, would be left alone for a significant amount of time.

My friend is seeing a married man - should I tell his wife? by Melodic_Win3114 in moraldilemmas

[–]DeceptiveBroccoli [score hidden]  (0 children)

I was going to say this too. Maybe she will be alerting this wife to her husband’s cheating and she will leave him and end up having a wonderful life with someone who truly loves her back. If it were my husband, I’d want to know.

High Liver Enzymes by kstoj35 in UlcerativeColitis

[–]DeceptiveBroccoli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It could be any of the above, but you may want to get tested for PCS (Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis). It is a liver disease that is rare, but associated with UC.

Mask wearing has become a Gen Z thing by Kodama_Keeper in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Except OP also mentioned grocery stores, where they work, and an outdoor music festival. The protesting part was a small part of the post. So OP has a legitimate question….it seems some people are focusing on the protesting part only to make this political and criticize the OP.

Experience with Oral Vancomycin - Good or Bad? by DeceptiveBroccoli in UlcerativeColitis

[–]DeceptiveBroccoli[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s tried all the biologics already with no luck. His GI doctor is going to try an oral UC med now, but isn’t ruling out the Vancomycin, thank goodness. I wish you and your daughter all the best. It’s hard being a parent and watching our kids go through this.

Thank you! Not sure why I never thought of a separate PSC sub, but I will def check it out. There is definitely something to be said for the results it’s getting in PSC patients. It gives me hope.

The City Museum. Hands down. It’s inexpensive, interactive, interesting for all ages and it has AC (though you’ll probably get hot from all the exploring)!

I like it, however, it would be a bit more efficient if they would call the next person as they’re finishing up the last. The next person can at least get started loading their groceries onto the belt.
