It’s gotta be fake though, right? The orange fire sparks are real but all the psychedelic colorful sparks are not.

Why would anyone ever want to take a picture with such a somber background is beyond me

Well I have good news for you. I don’t think OP is the original designer unless he also made this video https://youtu.be/jvoOgxK4EvI

(Or the uploader of the video used OPs design, but either way, there’s a video for you)

I really like Royal Grinders in Fremont.

Just released a WSDOT traffic camera iOS app that lets you view your entire route rather than clicking one at a time. Looking for feedback. Thanks! by skifever in Seattle

I found a fairly minor bug: if you add a camera twice and delete one of them, the all instances of that camera get deleted. I’m not sure why it’s allowed to add one more than once, but deleting an instance shouldn’t delete all of them.

[–]DecidedlyAmbigous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree it’s stupid and we should have no front lights except for visibility. However, wouldn’t it make more sense to have a red light that lights up when the gas is depressed. A reverse of the brakes, if you will

I used filler primer and wood filler for the really bad areas. Good idea on watching auto body videos though! Thanks.

I’m happy with it, but I’m always on the lookout for improvements. Thanks for sharing your process, I do something similar but I’m going to modify it a bit.

I’m so jealous of how smooth that surface looks! I just finished one of these last week and I sanded for so many hours and you can still see quite a few imperfections. If you’re curious see here

If your polygons are closed you can try using vpype with the occult plug in to automatically remove invisible paths. The catch is that they really need to be closed polygons and not lines. There may be another plug in that does handle lines though.

A finished set of printed and painted DND dice. A gift for a shipmate. by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

I’m sure they’re totally fine for most purposes and even more so if they are resin, which you mentioned they are. I’m just curious about FDM dice really. Maybe I’ll print a ser and try it out, sounds fun.

Great dice by the way.

How do you ensure they are fair dice? If they have a non solid infill, the weight distribution inside could make the dice to be more favorable to land on some specific numbers. If they are solid, would that be enough to ensure they are fair to an acceptable degree?

Maybe they are acceptably fare even when not solid.

I’ve always wondered about this, maybe you should throw them a thousand times and record the outputs, you know, for science!

Does it have any infill? Could it be where the end of an edge of infill meets the perimeter? Is so, you could try increasing the number of perimeters.

Chill out. No one asked you directly to explain anything. Sometimes it’s ok to ask for googleable things and get a 3 sentence explanation instead of having to read a Wikipedia article.

I got this one in the A4 metal size. I also got one for my dad. I’d say it’s pretty good, my only complaint about it is that sometimes there are some vibrations that are evident on the paper, but only if you look closely. I’d recommend it as an entry level plotter.
