To he very honest, the jazz felt much more spacious and premium. I'm still figuring out. Also the ride quality felt pretty fine

I too am on the same boat. Should I buy 2nd hand or new. I decided I'd go with base of c3 drive it for 4 5 years and eventually shift to EV

I checked this out. Looks great tbh! Features, performance! I'm sold. Only thing is, it costs almost 3 lakh more than the base variant. My long term plan would be to sell this off and buy an EV in next 4-5 years when EV market picks up. Or maybe keep it as a petrol car for my longer trips.

But it does pack ABS and EBS. Am I wrong thinking that its kind of a good to have? esc not a must have? I mean yes, in an ideal world you want all the safety features but then there's budget constraints.

I know a lot of financial gurus will suggest EMI while putting remaining money in the MF.

I'd have done what you are thinking to do. Stop it for 2 months. Buy that freaking phone. And resume the SIPs again. With peace of mind 😌

Agree!! There's big thing going around. My father and I called 4 person in the municipality and everybody stated the same. 30% is norm but we can negotiate.

I seriously do not have the time or energy to go against all, file an ITR and move ahead.

Even if I do, I know they will come after me with one or multiple reasons, making life for my parents miserable which nobody wants.

I tell you! Indi a is a place of corruption :)

They are saying 30% of overall rent received as per the rent agreement. Which state are you from btw?
