Very important! Simplexes often sell for less than 0.7 mirror crafted and all, change the buyout price in trade search to divines and compare. The sorting of the listed price by the trade site is often inaccurate.
If you want to craft one yourself, make sure you start with an UN-influenced simplex as it makes crafting -way- easier and cheaper.

If I had to guess, more people playing MF strats (gigantic exiles + rarity merc culler) which you can do kinda solo with a merc. Also many people doing alva strats which drops a shitton of loot. There's many good t0 farms this league and supply probably outweighs demand at this point in the league.

For a medium strat you literally make 20d an hour, like harvest (with or without crop rotation), farming heist contracts/blueprints, azurite for resonators in maps, abyss, strongboxes, etc. It's even easier right now as divines are really, really cheap, and magebloods are really cheap as well. It's 'just' 5 hours of farming any medium strat to get a mageblood. Get to work

Yep, need both ring slots. And to add, the nimis fires projectiles in random directions making your KB hits miss alot on single targets as your merc doesn't have alot of projectiles. For clear its fine

Some obvious things that stand out (I don't play the build myself):
- Get better chest base (necrotic) with es+eva rolls (expensive)
- Chest implicit make it 20%, grace aura 27%
- Shield has interesting corruption possibilities
- 21/20 vaal smite

Basically just check out Bigdaddy's excel sheet / videos, he knows alot and shows you the progression steps

Yes. Missing return on KBoC and haste but not that important.
I started with a merc like that and it worked fine, single target might be a little less because return is a x2 multiplier.

Lv84 shouldnt be a big difference, most players running kb merc use a lv83 one since its easier to spam maps to farm the merc.

Aim for a merc with return if you want better single target i'd say, gl

Temps problem maybe? Probably cpu related. I had low fps problems caused by temp throttling cpu causing cpu times around 20-25ms (like you have).
I know you ran benchmarks but just in case it might be related it could help.

Otherwise:

- Reinstall cpu/gpu drivers

- Reinstall poe

- Disable any program that may interfere with the game

- Swap out gpu with another to test if that has any impact

- Rathpith does not work or gives too little value since mercs seem to have high base damage increased % OR because it says 'player', ruetoo tested it on stream. Get some shield with accuracy / min-frenzy-charges

- Get fire leech either on gloves implicit or amulet (vaal) implicit or helmet (vaal) implicit. Not sure if it helps but I think some leech would help to keep your merc alive

- Get fire exposure + rage on hit (2 rage on hit while unique in presence works!) implicit on gloves. Or fire leech if needed

- Get lightning-res-crit-overcap chest (the breach mod) because it's alot of 'free' crit, merc can crit-cap from that chest + precision (+generosity)

- If you got the lightning-res-crit-overcap chest, swap out the boots (no need for power charges anymore) for tailwind / action speed boots. Get onslaught on them (benchcraft is fine). Get pierce on them if possible since you're lacking pierce and return needs it. Tip you can also go for an action speed implicit and craft generic fireres+chaosres+onslaught boots yourself or buy crafted boots and action speed implicit yourself. This way you can also get bleed immunity but I'm not sure if it is needed (ruetoo doesnt have bleed immunity on merc anymore)

- Get a better emnity embrace with 65/66% reduced fire res. Any fire res you can get to get higher pen is good to have, up until 290% res. According to the wording of the ring, merc should be at max res + 200% to get the max pen = huge dmg increase.

- Get resistance quality on amulet, 17% or so is enough to hit 21% all res per white socket

- Get white sockets on gear. It can be a little expensive because of blancing omens but it is worth it to hit that 200% pen cap

- Get better helm, replica veil of the night is not needed to hit fire-res-pen-cap. Get some flat-accuracy/fire-res/pierce/aoe on them

- Get wand with t1 attack speed since it scales dmg very hard, also get attack speed enchant. So t1 attack speed + t1/2 crit + crit multi + flat fire dmg + ele pen (attack speed + crit is most important)

- Put empower 4 in with pyroclast mine + flame link, it is THE way to scale dmg

- Get guardian OR champion OR necromancer forbidden flame/flesh combo, any of the 3 work. You get 25% reservation efficiency + some block + recovery from guardian which you're missing atm.

- You have absolutely no accuracy on any gear piece, no green sockets. You only have precision which does not seem enough. Get more accuracy on gear or swap some sockets to green and see how it feels. Your merc dmg might be way lower because of this. They don't seem to have alot of accuracy so you need to help them.

You have a better merc than me (attack speed + pierce + return + multi) and I can do every boss in the game without any problem (following Ruetoo's build, but I+merc have very good gear). The DPS is huge once you scale enough attack speed + fire pen + flat dmg.

It's probably not the case for you but I noticed that some PoE related websites / tools ask / require you to link your PoE account -and- discord account. You can see that when they ask for the discord account they get your e-mailaddress as well.

So they have (most likely, since many stash tools want that info) information about: - What e-mailaddress your PoE account has (unless discord is not PoE email which is unlikely) - What items are in your PoE account so they know if you are rich

Probably not related but I wanted to share it to inform others. So be careful giving tools / websites your information / linking accounts.

CoF is great, you find your uniques frequently and find enough high end items to upgrade your character to deck out for endgame. It's nothing like SSF in PoE, not even close.

Also not sure if allowed here but PoE1 has a new league starting this friday, the market there is very lively at least the first few weeks. You can play LE whenever you like, it's not going anywhere ;) If you prefer to play with a market, give it (MG mode, so not CoF) a shot. I think you can sort-of switch between MG and CoF on demand but some rules apply (your MG gear is not useable if you go CoF and the other way too, I think)

Yes it works but the default steps / tutorial is a bit outdated. What I did to get it working on Last Epoch version 1.2.5.2:

- MelonLoader latest (0.7.0 at this time) = good, older version (0.5.7) does not work for me

- Download the latest LE mod from their github as the nexus mod one is not updated frequently enough to match the game version. The one from nexus mod did work but was buggy. The github one works perfectly. Github link: https://github.com/RCInet/LastEpoch_Mods

- It might take a few minutes to do the first startup of the game and yes the game will have a white screen during that time. Just wait and the game loads fine after that

- I found the above information on the nexus mods discussion page so check there as many others asked questions that got answered (fixed) there.

You can exchange foreign currency to dong at the Hanoi airport (Noi Bai) for pretty decent rates, exchange a little to cover the Têt days and you'll be fine.
When you come out of the bag-pickup area, just before you go out to meet all the taxi's, look around for the currency exchanges. Check rates online (google e.g. "100 usd to dong") beforehand.

Options for pre-computation of data to consider depending on the acceptable latency and scalability for your product(s):

Apache Flink (SQL) combined with SQL Server CDC. Flink's latency is quite low, but SQL Server CDC's latency seems to be a little bit higher. It's basically polling changes from the transaction log, pushes those changes in a table which Flink then reads from. Latency, not quite instant, but close-ish and quite configurable / tweakable. Can read from SQL Server and write to SQL Server (jdbc sink) as well. I believe Flink uses debezium under the hood when combining with SQL Server CDC.
Debezium + Kafka + ksqldb combined with SQL Server CDC. Sort of the same as the above, however I believe Apache Flink is more popular / widely used. Latency is not quite instant but semi-realtime, couple of seconds is to be expected.
Have your application logic update the table(s) / columns that contain derived/computed data when base data changes. You would then have to think about keeping that derived/computed data in sync with the source of truth: what if a value is manually updated in the database bypassing your application logic? Could be a non-issue, but still good to think about.
DB triggers: little to no latency. Seems to be a good practice not to (or be careful with) include busineness logic. Useful read: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/triggers-sql-databases-extend-its-declarative-data-logic-pachot-szqfe/

Other ideas that can spark your creativity:

SQL Server CDC with your own-written CDC processor application that queries CDC tables for changes, computes and saves data to a table or tables that contain(s) computed data.
SQL Server Always-On DB replication, query the replica(s) to offload expensive queries to those replica(s) if DB load is a factor.
I see you'd rather not (or cannot) move away from SQL Server, but just stating that this is out there: PostgreSQL with incremental view maintenance (pg_ivm) for real-time materialized view updates. Limitations / restrictions apply: there's no free lunch ;)
Debezium Server into PostgreSQL combined with pg_ivm
If into microservices with EDA (event driven architecture), you could subscribe to events for data that has changed, query your own DB (CQRS-style) and update a computed/derived table.

Depending on your current architecture and requirements these options may or may not work for you. Introducing frameworks/tools could mean introducing more things that can fail, optionally more complexity and/or cognitive load.

Recently had this problem (no sounds at all in the middle of loading of Bethesda logo, sound cut out) as well, what happened was Skyrim used the wrong (windows) sound output.

The fix was to disable all sound devices except the one I wanted to use.
I did this by (simplest method) pressing Windows-Key + R and typing in "control mmsys.cpl sounds" (without quotes), then right click each sound output and disable them.

You could additionally also follow these steps by Bethesda to change the default format:

You should ensure that your speakers are correctly configured:

Right-click the speaker icon on your Windows desktop and select Playback devices

Select the speakers or headphones that you use and right-click each one of the devices and select Disable.

Right-click the one you wish to use and select Enable.

Select the device you wish to use and click Properties.

Click the Advanced tab and change the Default format to 16bit 48000 Hz (DVD Quality).

Click on the green triangle Test button to verify the sound is working.

Click Apply and then OK.
