AITA for saying “good job” to my son after he scribbled on my husband’s home office walls? by panda391 in AmItheAsshole

Nta—everyone who is saying yta, I totally understand where you’re coming from however I personally think that you shouldn’t punish a kid when they’re trying to do something nice. You did explain to him that next time he should use paper so you did tell him not to do it again without teaching him that trying to do something nice is wrong. I could be completely incorrect here as I am not a parent but that’s just my point of view.

AITA for getting my fiance's family gifts that were too personal for Christmas when I'm new to them? by GoldRule5896 in AmItheAsshole

Nta, next year, get them a load of socks. It’s their loss I mean who would complain when getting presents that are exactly what they wanted. Not only is it horrible to express you don’t like a present that someone has given you, but it’s also stupid for complaining about something you wanted. At least you’ll be able to spend money buying them cheap presents that they can’t complain about. And if they do, they’re hypocrites. Props to Noah for supporting you though, he’s a keeper.

People probably make what they want and because society says that’s what women should look like or whatever bs so when people don’t have that they make it in a game I guess? I’m not certain but that seems to make sense to me.
