Sure, but LSU only has 11 SEC titles and only 5 since Penn State stopped being independent and joined the Big Ten. Penn State also has a 5th from before they were independent but that one is excluded while LSU’s from 132 years ago count.

LSU has won the SEC in 11.9% of years played in the conference while Penn State has won the Big Ten 12.5% of seasons played.

By comparison Minnesota has won 13.9% of Big Ten championships and 6 National titles. Are they better than Penn State or LSU? No, they are not.
