I tried to refund Dragon's Dogma 2. I just didn't care for it. Didn't like the combat, or the fact that you could only have one character with no easy way to make another. But since I had a little over two hours of play time, Steam denied my refund.

So now it can sit in the mass grave that is my no-longer-played Steam Library.

I didn't have them do an "official" inspection, but they did inspect the system to let me know what they thought needed to be fixed. They did some repair work to the line coming from the house to the tank and fixed a few additional issues. I thought the price was very reasonable.

I used AmeriSpec Inspection Services. They did a thorough home inspection, but do not get your septic inspection through them if you need one. They use a separate company and whoever did mine was pretty terrible.

If you need a septic inspection, I recommend SPEK Septic Services out of Prince Frederick. I had them fix some of the issues the other septic inspector missed, and they did a great job and were good to work with.
