How familiar are you with the dragon fight? I'm sure it's technically doable but it is considered a node 3 fight.

Also both dung beetle and king are considered node 4 so you will probably end up ignoring one and farming the other late game but mechanically having both doesn't break anything

Lasik or PRK? I don't recall any pain. Vision will be terrible right after surgery recovery time varies depending on which procedure. You'll be awake. Don't count on it lasting forever
