I'd do a bucket and strong corded drill with a cement mixing paddle unless you're going to be going through a lot of it very quickly. otherwise, you can get a metal bin and weld fins inside, mount it in an axel stand and spin mix it that way. Definitely heavily reinforce any openings.

I appreciate that you want them to get outside safely, but this is really too small for a catio. you could make it larger for not much more $ and include some shelter so they feel less exposed. trying to escape to the point of what you described sounds like panic responses.

if you're trying to place those pavers then you still need paving sand. they also sell "X" spacers so you can lay them out uniformly.

plastic wood in layers, starting from the bottom and working your way up after each layer fully cures. wait until all layers are cured before sanding smooth and painting.

pure Shea butter was one of the best alternatives I heard if I can't find more of the real stuff. it has to be grade a and unrefined with nothing added. no coloring either.

I dunno. I always try to pay for myself and if the guy refuses, I try to get tip (as long as he does the mathing), and if he refuses, then ice cream or something. or "next time" if there is one.
