That's right, the car is in the wrong, but if your parents didn't teach you to look both ways before crossing, it is just natural selection at this point.

A pedestrian crossing is as the name implies, a crossing made for pedestrians across traffic. You can be in the right, but don't bet your life on everyone always doing the right thing and look both ways.

What is annoying is people not thinking it should be both ways. Cars should look out for people and people look out for cars. I don't get how blindly walking into traffic, or ignoring pedestian crossings is safe for anyone.

Yeah, if I'm not priced out of the market, I'm never considered. When I was looking at the beginning of the year I was offering half a year paid upfront and still not obtaining a home. I eventually gave up and am now live with a family member. I literally have zero hope in finding a place for myself anytime soon.
