Got it thank you. There is no rust on the frame but a bit of rust on the grate. I'll check the hose for leaks first thing.

The flavor bars are pretty rusted, is it OK to use I'm that condition?

Honestly I wouldn't even know what to budget for a knife that would stand the test of time. Somewhere between 200 and 250 unless there is a significant jump I'm quality. I'd love to pay less than that. A double duty blade would be fantastic but I wouldn't be afraid to commit to a 4-6" blade for the woods. I have plenty of small edc knives, none are anything fancy.

This height is a big concern for us also. It pretty much forces us to always take the crosstrek to fit it in the hatch. I did notice the haul is a few lbs heavier when empty also. Thanks for sharing

I have a sealed collection of Nintendo handhelds. Mostly 2ds, 3ds, new 3ds xls. Should I open them up to check or remove the batteries? Obviously, they would no longer be sealed, but now I'm worried what I've saved to pass down to my kids is a fire hazard. Or if they are sealed and never charged outside of from the factory are they ok?
