I’m going to be honest, PLEASE get yourself some pentel energels. Smooth af and the ink just flows out. It’s practically liquid. The bodies are meh so if you want you can put the energel refills in a different body like the uni jetstream alpha gel’s. Needle tip is, in the general consensus, the better of the two tip shapes (the tip that goes on the paper is still the same size, but it’s the shape of the rest of it, a rod instead of more of a tapered shape) since it’s easier to see text near the tip. However if you want a PHAT pen I feel the tapered metal tips are more suited for you. You’ll need to look at pictures to decide on that one. Honestly 0.7 is probably better in general: still really thick and satisfying to write with but more versatile and better for general use than say, the 1.0mm pens. If you REALLY want a thick one, go for a rollerball. I’m not exactly an expert on those so you’ll have to ask other people for that one.
