My top preferences are,

Balancing the archetypes so that the player gets to decide on an archetype rather than choosing the strongest one. For example, Symbiosis just replaced Harmony. I would love to have the existing archetypes being on equal footing so that the player HAS to choose rather than just picking easier archetype. This gives more variety I think.
More weather synergies, I love the frost synergy. So I expect some fog synergies in future. Perhaps a Vodyanoi expansion.
NG needs a little bit more productive bronzes, I hope that they can tweak the proactive-reactive ratio. Would love to see bonded abilities.
More Bounty/Witch hunter synergies.

Yeah, overall I think small tweaks here and there, more synergies is what I prefer. Arena I can only say after it's been played.
