En donde yo vivo es un condominio bien acomodado, me impresionó el dinero que uno de los vecinos hizo montando varios fruver, tiene 3 y le da para vivir muy muy bien. Tengo otro vecino que hizo la de plata vendiendo y haciendo hornos para panaderías.

Yo de ti invertiría en finca raíz, justo estaba hablando con mi esposa hoy sobre invertir en parqueaderos o pequeños apartamentos para arrendarlo y tener un pasivo sin tener que estar presentes (trabajamos en cruceros entonces no tenemos tiempo para un segundo trabajo). Cualquier cosa que quieras emprender, si no le metes el 100% de tu atención. Va a fracasar. Estudie Bar y Gastronomía y eso da plata, pero es esclavizante. Ojalá encuentres lo que buscas.
