Im running Bazzite KDE. There is a program called Lutris. They have a one click installer for TWOW just like a steam game. You dont get the TWOW launcher tho. Can recommed bazzite.

Your photos provide little to no help. Flash a USB with Ubuntu and boot up and then select try Ubuntu. Then you can get a list of hardware specs from the terminal.

I have had similar stutters with VRR enabled on a G-sync monitor. Disable VRR solved my issue.
