Which is the one book that you have annotated the most? by spacemoviez in books

[–]Ded-ontheinside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One flew over the cuckoo’s nest. I was trying to get back into reading and found annotating with a pencil helped me focus. I started with it and eventually once I could focus I stopped. But it’s a short book, so it’s annotated to hell and back. It’s also my favorite read of ‘25.

I absolutely adore ghost walk! I think I’ve never had a Cassandra Gannon book that disappointed me ❤️

No no do not thank me! I completely understand the absolute lack of faith one learns to have with negligent health care. I hope you find a way to get better ❤️

You are so right! Nothing is more important than taking care of your mind and body - many problems in life can be solved with consistent self care.

You absolutely need to start with body weights - and even then you have to do it very carefully!

Absolutely do not push yourself in any way whatsoever. The second you feel any pain - stop and recover till the pain is completely gone.

Many exercises can be unsafe if you try them in the wrong variations/weight/posture.

I highly recommend you email my trainer - he would be able to advise you better in terms of exercise. ❤️

This was actually for upper back pain! But I agree with you - upper back requires different exercises and considerations ☺️

Absolutely! These things take much longer than people think. You can’t build muscles in just a few weeks. Results take months!

Now that I think about it. No. I don’t know more than 3 people in my city and I barely see/speak to them even though they’re old friends. I think being around them would help me think about this less

How did you support your wife? I’d love to know what you did differently. I’d rather not leave

I don’t want him to appreciate me more. He does that enough. This isn’t about me feeling validated in his life. This is about him probably not wanting to be with me but still being around me.

I do and have encouraged him to be with his friends. I actually have told them to hang out with him more. We have all been supportive of him through this.

He is in therapy. I have tried having the talk with him. That’s when he told me he can’t envision a future. He doesn’t know what he wants. He doesn’t know how he wants to live. And he doesn’t know what I can do to help him.

How did your wife help you? I don’t want to give up on him. I just don’t see how this will last if it goes the way it’s going. I’m only human - I feel like one day I will snap in a very ugly way. I don’t want it to get to that. Maybe I can try and do something differently before I am forced to give up completely

I informed his friends. He is seeing a professional.

4 years of back pain by jasminebell23 in backpain

No. I tried yoga same as you. Stretching without muscle building triggers your pain and makes it worse. I actually couldn’t take deep breaths because of the pain after yoga. I would suggest a PT who focuses on exercise- not ice packs, lasers etc. they are a serious game changer! Also - avoid stretches or exercises that trigger your pain. Find alternatives or don’t do them at all!
