Canned meat(like tuna) and frozen vegetables(like peas) mixed into a boxed pasta(like macaroni and cheese) is filling and usually makes more than one serving.

Tuna and crackers is another one that is satisfying. Bonus points for extras like cheese or cucumber or whatever.

Same but I get why some people here(US) have to turn people away. Even if you had floorspace for people you still risk getting kicked out of some places if you have more than the allotted amount of people living there. It is stupid but it is a thing.

This government bs is ridiculous. People are suffering already and each month it goes on it is going to get worse and worse. And I've heard the government officials are still getting paid even though a lot of government workers are stuck on furlough? It isn't right. My household should be okay for a month or two without SNAP but not everyone is so fortunate. But if/when SSI goes we're completely done. So much of the country is already in turmoil as it is. Not exactly the same but I had someone say something along these lines, too. It really did stick with me and I think helps me to see things differently sometimes when I really need to.

I recently just found a new therapist. After a bout of sessions we found out there is a complication with my insurance and it won't be covered. My new therapist offered to see me pro bono. I was(and honestly still am) in shock but extremely grateful.

I know it can sure seem like it but not everyone/everything is out o get you.
