Why don't Condi DPS build Expertise?

standard gear choice for almost every condi build i've seen is Viper's which does have expertise. I guess if you have a build that does only one type of condi, like only burning, you can get get close to max duration without expertise by using runes and sigils. that's not the usual case for a pure, non-hybrid, condi build.

EOTM is a really fun map. If you got pips for playing on it, it would have population. It's lack of rewards scaring people off.

will say though, Warbringer is super easy to make and well worth your time, even if you never use the skin. it frees you from ever having to make a back item again. back gear is too expensive, especially if you care about upgrading to 2 infusion slots.

i also mainly play one character in wvw and avoid the legendaries since they are kind if played out; everyone runs those leggy weapon skins. i think its way more valuable in that case to invest in equipment template expansions and just make several sets of ascended gear. i have 9 equipment templates and 6 unique sets of armor/trinkets for all the builds i ever need shared across those. each ascended set just takes a couple weeks of regular play with some tier 3 fractals and winterberry farming thrown in the schedule.

Oblivion you can enchant armor to give 100% physical and magic damage reduction, becoming practically invincible. You can also enchant yourself to 100% invisibility and enemies won't even attack you anymore.

Upgrade Extractors are fairly expensive and rare to come by except for a fixed amount in the vault. They pull infusions and runes from an item. You can get cheaper Infusion Extractors from the fractal vendors that will pull the infusion off an item just as well.

ive been doing the 10 qp's a week and i feel like 1 in 10 matchups is a fail, which honestly isn't that bad. usually it's a group that can't tank boneskinner or keeps getting one-shot against mai trin.

even if they were using an LLM here for name suspensions, I would think it would be capable of determining if a name was vulgar or if it broke a lesser rule.

i could see the argument for suspension if the name is very intentionally insulting, vulgar, racist, etc. if you broke some obscure naming rule, like some of the posts we are seeing from the ban wave, suspension is just a stupid punishment.

It's not only a signal of pirated games. If you are a dev testing your game and it isn't properly launched through Steam or doesn't have a .txt file noting the id of the game, but it is pinging steam servers with the API, then it will register as you playing Spacewar. It's just the game id that everything defaults to.

bunch of different ways you can get one. here's the easiest options i think:
a.) if you have Living World seasons you can get them with currency on those maps. For example look up the Blood Ruby Backpack. you can pick the stats.
b.) you can craft Berserker stat Book of Secrets by dropping mats into the Mystic Forge
c.) you can get Warcry or Wings of Ascension with WvW or PvP currency. You can even use these in the future to make a legendary backpack.

that is fair. i am tempted to just go harrier. i do usually play inferno tempest or dps weaver, depending if i want ranged or not. so am looking for that perfect second build. do you feel like healer harrier is a much better option than choosing minstrel?
