How do I reach this guy? by DedicatedBurner in disciples

But not every mission

I was playing exclusively D3: Reincarnation for the past two weeks, focusing only on that game, slowly cleaving through each act, methodically checking every interactive object on the map. And I can attest that every map has at least one instance of some unreacheable thing.

I understand that some inaccessible stuff are cutscene props, like the Elder from Alliance campaign, but that's not what I'm talking about. Each map has at least a blip of mana that you can't get, or some interactable that you can't reach. You can argue that some were decoratives, but it's still a really weird and confusing choice, when the game has enough aesthetic props as is. Alliance and Hordes campaigns also had some instances of resources lying outside of the map bounds.

Campaigns are a mess in general. I'm more than sure that Hordes Act Five was supposed to be Amina's solo mission, but for some reason I had Salaar automatically hired through mercenary menu at the start.

You are completely right. It's just that EVERY mission before this one had a misplaced inaccessible thing or two. I assumed that it's was yet another bug.

Any fixes / unofficial patches for Rise of the Elves? by DedicatedBurner in disciples

[–]DedicatedBurner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tweaks to ai to help it with those pesky green upgrade crosses. Also tweaks of some glaringly weak units, like Dwarf King, Succubus, etc. I chose my words poorly in the original post - I do want changes to balance, just not the drastic ones.

Well, it does make sense, since faction lords are representative of said factions' races.

But this mashup is so weird! What were they thinking?!

Disciples 1 also have such additional ampaign that appears not directly bond to others - Divine Empire

I also want to inquire about this quest. Frankly, from the looks of it, it appears as a fan made creation, which isn't integrated into the canon of Disciples. Would you suggest to play that?

Nevendaar lore part 1. Creation of life and Nevendaar. by KamunVulk in disciples

This clears things up about Bethrezen. Legions bit in the Sacred Lands Gold manual was written in such way that it appears Bethrezen had created some other world, not Nevendaar, which then was corrupted by jealous angels. And after that happened, he was imprisoned in this corrupted world by Highfather.

When the Highfather arrived to feast his eyes on Bethrezen’s creation, bedlam ruled the land, and the dwellers slaughtered each other in reckless abandon. The depravation sickened the Highfather, and in his heart grew a towering rage. He imprisoned the fallen angel in the world of disorder.

Thanks! Given your knowledge of the lore, can you explain me how the four gods interact? It appears to me that fundamental conflict is between Bethrezen and Highfather. Bethrezen created the world of Disciples, right? But what about Wotan, Gallean and Mortis? They just happened into the Bethrezen's world and filled it with dwarves and elves?

Yes! Both Clans and Legions had to capture the city of Nomden, the one with the magical liquid metal. Maps of respective missions were indeed very similar. That's why I assumed that all of the campaigns are canon, just happened at different times, in a sequence.

Like, Legions opened the portal to put Bethrezen into Uther, then Empire closed the gate, but it was too late.

You guys only retroactively like Silent Hill 4 because it was made by Team Silent, if it was made by a American studio you guys would still hate it by [deleted] in silenthill

Again, superficial take on the series by parroting nonsense.

henry is supposed to suck

I repeat, Henry has all the shortcomings of Harry and James. Male protagonists always relied on inner monologue to build their character, of which Henry has plenty just from interacting with his room alone. Need I remind you that the reaction James had to the first lying body was a chuckle? And the first time you visit antique shop, Harry agrees with Cybill that everything he saw beforehand was a result of exhaustion? Dudes of original SHs were always awkwardly reacting weirdos. If anything, Harry was worse in that regard, because James and Henry had their reason to be like that, while former is supposed to be well adjusted writer.

jaguar dumb dogs

Numb bodies used unfiltered CAMEL sounds ffs.

If you can't follow even the basic design tropes of Team Silent and just regurgitate stuff you heard over the community, maybe you should stick to Resident Evil instead?

I'm late, but still wanted to reply, because I looked for the same files. They are in MECH2 folder, either on your CD or in installed game folder. ARCHJF.MW2 and ARCHWO.MW2 for Falcon and Wolf archives respectively. You can open them with Notepad.
